EIVSOM Discovery Sessions provide a practical first step to understand your needs, build a routine, and decide what comes next.

Starting Mental Fitness Training does not have to mean committing to a long-term program immediately. At EIVSOM, we recommend people to begin with a Discovery Session designed to create a useful outcome from the very first conversation. As Dr. Robert Graves explains, “We encourage everybody to do discovery sessions, at least one in the first instance, to see if they're going to, you know, take to doing mental fitness training.” This approach reflects the learning-first philosophy behind EIVSOM and its Personalized Learning Pathways.
The Baseline Diagnostic provides a focused starting point, with a practical seven-day routine created with a Principal Practitioner. For those wanting a more detailed independent trial, the Strategic Assessment develops a 30-day strategy. Graves describes it as “a longer version of the diagnostic” that gives people a document and strategy “for you to trial on your own, if you want to try on your own.”
For existing or former members, the Membership offers a flexible way to return for individual sessions or work on specific aspects of mental fitness training. As Graves puts it, these sessions can be taken “à la carte”, allowing people to access different parts of the offer as needed. Whether you're beginning with a diagnostic, testing a strategy, or returning for a tune-up, Discovery Sessions are designed to help you understand what EIVSOM does and whether it is right for you.
